Can't really go wrong with this universal fit motor. It works in our York AC unit and replaced 024-27551-000. Which I couldn't find in stock in Canada and would have taken approx 2 months back order from another store. While it's a physically bit longer, I added some spacers to mount closer to the top of the condenser. It cools the house perfectly and is much quieter than our old motor that died. The mounting screws can be reversed, but I still cut them shorter so the fan could be mounted higher. in our application, the motor is longer, so the fan sits deeper inside the condenser and thus wouldn't cool the whole thing as efficiently. That's why i needed to mount it as high as possible and add spacers.
