Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

 

 

Items are shipped Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) with a 3:00 p.m. cutoff time. The majority of our orders are considered Special Orders. Most items are shipped within 1-2 days of your payment clearing through. It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address updated. Should the package be returned to us as undeliverable due to an error in the address you have on file, additional shipping costs will be collected to compensate for reshipping the item to you. Please note that our order processing is quite efficient. Often, an item is order with our suppliers, within minutes of our receiving the order. Please note that it does not matter what the status on your log in shows. In most cases it will still show as "awaiting fulfilment"do not assume that this means we have not reviewed or process your order. Awaiting fulfilment means that, we are waiting to fulfil the order before shipping. We are unable to check a box that says processing. Please review your order for accuracy before submitting it.

Please note that some of the item listed on our site maybe shipped out within 1 to 14 business days. Maybe longer for ICP items. If you have any question place contact us.

Once a shipment leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Canada Post. Your item has been expedite, which means you should receive your item, within 2 to 10 business days, from the date of shipping. (Not inlcuding flame rods.) However, there are no guarantees that this will happen. OemHvacPartsCanada.ca will always give due diligence required to ship out the items ASAP to our customers; however, we cannot be held responsible for 3rd party actions. Customers must realize that most professional carriers always try to deliver goods in a timely manner, but unforeseen circumstance, such as: bad weather, holidays, traffic accidents, broken down equipment, and human error can cause delays and at times, damage to goods.

In the event that a package has been shipped and passes the expedited delivery time of 2 to 10 business days, it is up to you to inform us of this. Once we are informed of this, we will file a complaint with Canada Post to recover the cost of shipping to you. In all cases, the refund of your shipping cost will take time, as we rely on a Canada Post employee who reviews the compaint and we are unable to affect the progress or the outcome. (Please note that flame sensors ars not included in this, only if the customer has paid the extra coverage)

If Canada Post takes responsibility of the delay and refunds the shipping cost that we paid to send the item, this will be refunded to you. Please note: What we pay for shipping may vary in regards to what you have paid for shipping. Shipping cost advertised on our website may be listed as a certain percentage of the price of the part, rather than the actual shipping cost. Do not assume the shipping cost paid, is what you will receive back.

The price that we pay for shipping is what you will receive as a refund. Although, there are times where will refund the shipping cost, as listed on the website, if it does not exceed $20 from the actual shipping cost. This is determined on a case by case basis.

We understand that the delay may cause frustation, but we do not intentionally cause delay, this is usually out of our control. We are very efficient when sending out packages, we ensure the correct address is placed on the packages and double check this to ensure accuracy. The delays are out of our hands, as Canada Post is in charge of the process, and there is nothing we can do to speed it up. If your package was sent to the wrong address due to a Canada Post error, they will redirect it to a different processing facility and send it to the correct address.
