When Will I Receive my Parts?

OemHvacPartsCanada.ca understands that it is cold outside.

We understand that you have children, grandparents, or even customers who are waiting for their part(s) to be installed, so that you can have heat in your home or a customer can have heat in their home.

We understand this and appreciate how important it is for you to receive your part(s) as quickly possible.

Our pledge to you, is that we will do all that we can to ensure that you receive your item(s), as quickly as possible.

However, please take account the following:

First of all, OemHvacPartsCanada.ca is only an online specialty HVAC Parts Store. This means at the time being, we cannot accept walk in customers, to pick up their orders.

All items are shipped through Canada Post and there is no exception to this; the method we use is expedited shipping. Normally, this means that you should receive you item(s) within 2 to 5 business days; however we cannot guarantee this time frame. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and this can cause your package to be delayed. In some cases, shipping may take 10 to 14 days for you to receive your item(s), and in extenuating circumstances, this could take even longer.

Why do we use Canada Post as our shipping provider? We use Canada Post because they offer reasonable rates for shipping throughout Canada.

If we were to use FedEx, UPS, or Purolator, the cost for shipping could exceed 60% of what you are currently paying for your item. This 60% increase would not be absorbed by our business and this means we would not be able to pass savings onto our customer, and our prices would increase.
If you are interested in paying the extra cost for us to ship via FedEx, UPS, or Purolator, we do not know have a problem with this; please let us know if you are interested by contacting us.

If you have any other questions regarding shipping, please feel free to let us know.

We ask that you refrain from asking our staff to give you a specific date of when you will receive your item(s). Also, taking your frustration out on our staff will not be tolerated. We treat people with respect and honest, and we expect the same courtesies from our customers. If a customer choses to be disrespectful, this could cause us to pull the sale completely or to refuse future service with this particular customer.
