    I send a photo of the Model and S/N of my unit. The motor had died. They replied within a day with the replacement part info. The part arrived in about 7 days. Took me all of 15 mins to reinstall it and it fired right up. Overall the experience was painless and quick.

    My motor overheated and I contacted Venmar first. I was told I would have to to to the local supplier at a address provided, turned out to be a trucking outfit. I then search online and found OEMHvac parts. I sent them my unit information and they emailed and informed the part I needed, I order the part, the delivery was quick and the unit easy to install.

    My venmar air exchanger stopped working one day and smelled like burnt plastic. I wasn't entirely sure what the problem was, but after confirming with many sources online, I came to the conclusion that I would have to replace the motor due to the seized fan. I took the chance and bought this replacement unit. I received it the same week and easily installed the new unit - it's been working perfectly since.
