By agreeing to the purchase of any of our filters  or parts on this site, the customer has agreed to take the full responsibility, in his or her knowledge, and ability, or in the ability of others, that will be installing or informing you of what filter or part(s) you need. If the customer chooses the incorrect filter or part(s), it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us to see if we can do an exchange as in most cases all sales are final, as OemHvacPartsCanada.ca is a specialty online HVAC store. This means that most parts are specialty order parts.

In the event that the part installed by the customer or a third party, proves not to correct the faulty problem, due to incorrect installation or misdiagnosis, OemHvacPartsCanada.ca takes no responsibility. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the part being installed has been correctly installed and diagnosed. Proper installation and diagnosis is the sole responsibility of the customer. OemHvacPartsCanada.ca takes no responsibility in the incorrect installation of any parts or the misdiagnosis of problems.We also do not provide refunds on parts that have been incorrectly diagnosed or installed, since most cases require us to order parts directly from the Supplier as the order comes in. 

If the customer provides OemHvacPartsCanada.ca with the part number information, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of this number. If we provide the part which matches the part number, yet the part is incorrect due to the error of the customer in recording the correct part number, OemHvacPartsCanada.ca will not be hold responsibility for this error and in most cases, we will be unable to refund your money. Please verify the part number, prior to ordering the part that you require.

OemHvacPartsCanada.ca recommends that you get your furnace diagnosed, prior to changing any parts. A normal charge for a diagnosis is $60 to $90, from your local HVAC company. We recommend that you do not diagnose the problems yourself, and do not diagnose them online either. Using the internet can help sometimes, but most of the time it can end up costing you more money. We leave the decision up to our customers, we are simply providing tips that could help you save money in the long run.

Please note that it could take 2 to 14 days for our customers to receive an order, in some cases this may be longer. Most items are shipped with Canada Post expedited shipping, however some items I.E Flame Sensors will be shipped by regular mail.

OemHvacPartsCanada.ca cannot force it's customers to read the information on our Terms and Conditions; we can only provide the information on our website. Once you purchase an item, you are agreeing completely and in full to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with our company's Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from purchasing any items from our website.
