Ordered and received this product within 11 days, which was not bad. I was glad to be able to find this product as it is for an 18 year old air exchanger. I ordered 2 sets of filters which was pretty expensive. However they were the exact filters and fit properly. Shipping price was high ($40.00) The product arrived in a cardboard box, which was in pretty rough shape. Looked like it had been opened and was roughly taped together. Perhaps this was done through Customs? The product was intact though. All in all I was satisfied in dealing with this company. Thank you!

Hard to find product is an OEM match

These replacement filters were a match for the OEM items in our HRV where one filter had disintegrated after 10 years. Quality looks good and they fit perfect!
